This fall I challenged my mini session clients to bring in donations for NHCO’s local food bank, promising free digital files to the family who brought in the most items.
And friends, you all DELIVERED.
This fall we raised over $350 worth of donations for the North Hills Community Outreach Center (NHCO) and I am so very PROUD.

Once all bags were collected and my own contributions added in, my entire trunk was FULL of donations.
CHECK OUT ALL THAT FOOD!!!!!
Aaaaand for the big announcement……
Tallied up, the Neiman family contributed the most food donations… and they have won ALL digital files from their mini session! THANK YOU, Brandon and Matt, for being so amazing!!!!
This pandemic Thanksgiving is not a normal one for many people… For the first time EVER we are cooking a turkey at home, without our extended family and loved ones around the table (and trying desperately to stay positive about it all!). It’s easy for me to get caught up in how hard this pandemic is affecting ME and my family. I needed to reach outward to those who were hit harder, spreading our own blessings around and simultaneously reminding ourselves how lucky we are, despite everything.
I didn’t require my clients to bring donations; it was just a gentle ask. And they were so incredibly generous… and I am forever grateful.
Below are a variety of images from this fall’s mini session events, featuring the families who helped to contribute to the food bank.
I have some amazing families who trust me with their family photos!!!!!!
Aaaaaand I just have to share with you this amazing outtake……………
My next mini session event will likely be in the Spring, and will likely include another food drive. After chatting with Kelly, the NHCO rep, she said that they are often short food in the summer. Well, I think we can remedy that!
Mini sessions sell out quickly. Be sure to join my VIP Email List so that you are the first to know about mini session date announcements!
And HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
