Did you know that you can have mini session prices during the winter, on a weekday of your choosing?
Typically I offer pre-set mini session dates in the spring, summer and fall here in Pittsburgh… these are pre-established shooting dates at pre-determined locations, for which people can sign up for individual time slots. (Learn more about upcoming offerings here.)
But in the winter… well… all bets are off! I have decided to offer my mini session rates to clients who choose to book their family session on a weekday during the Pittsburgh winter. This means from January through to the end of March, you can book a mini session on a weekday and time of your choosing!

This sweet family was reuniting to celebrate the holidays in the north hills of Pittsburgh, and as a gift for their parents, they decided to purchase a mini session. (Minis include 20 minutes of shooting time, along with 5 digital files with print rights.)
It was a breezy day with off and on light rain, but we powered through and ended up with a perfect break in the weather!

We chose to meet at the LaRoche campus, just north of Pittsburgh and near North Park. There aren’t a lot of outdoor shooting locations near McCandless (other than North Park, of course!), but this one ended up working out perfectly for our needs. There was a tree-lined dirt path where we set up for our pictures.

One thing I can guarantee with ANY of my family photo sessions is a lot of laughter! This crew was no exception, and they even requested the goofy picture below, which I think is a FRAMER. That’s some true talent there ?

If you’d rather wait for the official mini session dates, I totally understand and in that case, you should definitely get on the VIP List so that you’re the first to know about those date announcements (minis sell out!). I am expecting to have mini session dates scheduled in the spring, summer, and fall.
