My oldest LOVES to hike. Since I prefer a nature walk to a playground any day, we spend quite a bit of time at the pond down the street. Rather than shooting the same pictures all the time, I give myself assignments to challenge myself creatively. This particular day my goal was to photograph for the patches of light coming through the trees. I was pretty excited when I caught this perfect moment!
